What is most fascinating is the flexibility and velocity these types of organizations are deploying. With such groundbreaking movement in this technological economy every industry has been or is on the verge of feeling its effects, whether we accept it or not.

Regardless of an organizations size, there is a metric mandatory to building a sustainable organization.Yes, we are talking about building an organization that produces a profit month over month.

Sure, you can ignore it if you want, but know this comes with a cost. Lean, flexible, and nimble organizations are capturing more of the market share. While, what were once giants are left scrambling to catch up.
